Shipping policy
We ship worldwide and within the US. International shipping attracts and extra charge of $65. Items ordered and paid for will typically ship after 3–5 business days.
Occasionally, we may need to split your order into multiple shipments depending on product availability and other factors. We do this to get your products to you sooner. If you receive a partial shipment from us, please contact support@didisbeautycenter.com for the status of the other items.
You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped. Most customers should receive their order within 7 business days of purchase.
However, there are times when we need more time to ship, as we are still a small team. If we have a sales spike (for example, around the Holidays), order processing times may increase to 10-15 business days.
If it’s in that 10 – 15 business days window, and you haven’t yet received your tracking number, feel free to email support@didisbeautycenter.com to inquire about the status of your order.
