Refund policy
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Occasionally, an order is canceled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons for cancellation are:
+ Item(s) not available
+ Difficulty in processing payment information
+ Cannot ship to address provided
+ Duplicate order was placed
+ Canceled due to a customer request (if possible)
ORDER CHANGES
Due to the extremely limited nature of our product, all sales are final. Orders can not be cancelled, changed or modified once they have been placed. Please ensure all info is correct before submitting your order.
RETURNS
We definitely want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you'd like to return, we're happy to honor our refund policy, excluding shipping fee within 30 days of purchase date for any reason (no questions asked).
To start your return, simply reach out to our customer care team via chat with your order number (Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time, excluding holidays and weekends).
Inquiries are answered in the order they are received, please do not send multiple inquiries as this will place you at the end of the queue. We do our best to respond to all customers within a day. Response times may be extended during weekends, holidays, launches/restocks, limited edition releases and promotions.
Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Our policy lasts 30 days, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund for any reason.
It takes about 7-14 business days for us to get your package at the fulfillment center, inspect your return and complete your refund. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed, then allow for up to seven business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.
The entire purchase must be returned within 30 days of purchase. For multi-pack orders, if more than one item from same product is unsealed, refund will not be issued for each unsealed/used item, except first unsealed/used item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, including free shipping orders.
Packages undeliverable by courier and/or their international shipping partners will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our fulfillment center. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
For international orders shipping and customs fee are non-refundable, including free shipping orders.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $70, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. To ensure delivery we recommend sending your return via USPS.
